You retain ownership of any images you upload to imgbb. By uploading, you grant us a license to store and serve your images as part of our hosting service.

Service Availability

Images may be cached at the edge for up to 1 year. Deleted images will cease to be accessible via public links, but cached copies may persist briefly in CDN nodes.

Limitation of Liability

imgbb is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions.
